ASPIRE AIKIDO LONDON

The Client: Nick Regnier, the founding director of Cledor, is also a practitioner of Aikido. He’d long had a dream of setting up his own aikido school, which became a reality in 2021 when he founded Aspire Aikido London.

The Challenge:

Nick came to Appt for help with creating a visual identity and digital presence for Aspire Aikido London. 

The new school required branding as well as anew modern website to attract students to the school. Nick wanted a website that could grow alongside the school.

The Solution:

Appt worked closely with Nick to develop a brand which was unique to the vision, values, visions and services provided by Aspire Aikido London.  The brand takes inspiration from the movements found in aikido.

Alongside the branding process, Appt designed a sleek and modern website using Squarespace.

The website was designed with the primary aim of encouraging new students to join offer Aspire Aikido London.Calls to action focus on sign up and membership. The site also links clearly to the school’s social media accounts.

Aspire Aikido London has access to website analytics through Squarespace’s management portal, which enables Nick to monitor content engagement and adapt the company’s content strategy.

The website is easy to update and manage, Appt has since worked with Nick to add ecommerce functionality, setting up an online shop on the site.
