The Client: Nabuh Energy provide a low-cost, hassle-free prepayment energy service to clients across the UK. They pride themselves on their ability to offer a state of the art service through the Nabuh app and their online systems.

The Challenge:

 

When Nabuh acquired a significant number of new customers from a third-party organisation, this organisation was only able to provide Nabuh with crucial client data in the form of CSV files. Nabuh were unable to import data from these CSV files directly in to their existing CRM system and were therefore facing a huge and recurring manual data entry challenge.

The Solution:

 

Appt worked with the team at Nabuh to develop a portal through which they could quickly process the data from the CSV files and automatically import it directly into their existing CRM system.

The system has since been expanded to allow Nabuh to process a variety of large data sets, generate custom reports and push/pull data to/from a number of other critical third-party systems.

The system saves Nabuh a huge amount of time (and therefore money) each month, enables them to meet the regulatory standards for their sector and provide the best possible service to their clients.

Ongoing Support and Development:

 

Nabuh has since been acquired by British Gas, and Appt worked with British Gas for a year to transition the system across to their internal dev team.

Whilst the agreement was in place, British Gas benefitted from:
