The Client – Sheffield Cathedral is located in the heart of Sheffield and is an integral part of the life in the city centre, offering weekly services and hosting external events across a variety of sectors. The Cathedral is home to the Cathedral Gift Shop and 1554 Coffee Inside Sheffield Cathedral.

The Challenge:

Sheffield Cathedral aim to be ‘a place for all people’ and as such recognised the importance of staying ahead of the curve with digital communications and connecting in meaningful ways with their online following. Without in house expertise in this area the Cathedral were looking for an external agency who could help.

The Solution:

Appt helped the Cathedral to create a digital communications strategy and continue to help with the ongoing management of their social media channels and email marketing, producing consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms. Their social media following continues to grow in to the thousands. Appt also manages the Cathedral website and are in the process of building a website for 1554 Coffee Inside Sheffield Cathedral.
