The Client: Arrow Technical Services Ltd is an electronic product design consultancy that specialises in developing new products and new technologies.
They have extensive experience designing and developing products for both domestic and commercial market segments with the common theme of sustainable living, energy management/control and products which make the world a happier, cleaner and safer place.

The Challenge:
As part of their ongoing development as a company Arrow Technical were looking to streamline their internal management processes by combining three of their existing software systems into a single coherent platform.
The three systems previously operated independently of one another and were as follows:
A CRM – used to store client contact details, track interactions, leads and potential sales.
The Arrow Technical Portal – used to generate quotes and PO numbers. Used to track projects and project costs.
A Management Information System (MIS) – used to monitor stock levels, process orders and record supplier information.
Arrow Technical were looking to develop a flexible system which they can make changes to themselves and required an experienced development team to help.
The Solution:
Appt developed a bespoke online platform, which combines the functionality of these three systems in to one. The bespoke system is fully customised to meet the specific needs of Arrow Technical Services Ltd.
The bespoke system saves Arrow Technical time and money from buying multiple off the shelf solutions and having to access three different portals.
It also provided a central location for all internal business processes.
As well as this it provided a flexible platform which can be changed and added to as the company progresses.
Finally, it allows Arrow Technical to develop bespoke reports which will help them to monitor their KPIs.
