The Client: Dugdale was established in 1896 by Henry Percy and Fredrick Herbert Dugdale. They are the last independently owned cloth merchant in Huddersfield and strive for British luxury, quality and authenticity. They are now owned by Rob Charnock.

The Challenge:

Dugdale needed help further establishing their brand in China. They were active in the Chinese cloth market but needed help from a company who knew how to navigate the digital landscape in China.

The Solution:

Through a brand and digital communications consultation, Appt helped Dugdale think through their digital presence in China. 

Appt recommended adaptations to Dugdale’s brand and looked at how Dugdale could repurpose their existing content in China.

Appt also provided strategic recommendations, including which platforms Dugdale should establish a presence on and use regularly to grow brand awareness in China.
