The Challenge:

The Family Works charity was founded in 2020 and needed a brand, website and CRM system to manage their clients.

The Solution:

Appt began working on a brand and website for The Family Works. The brand was reflective of their ethos and values, communicating their desire to see all families thrive. 

After the Appt designers had developed the brand, Appt built a website for The Family Works using Squarespace. The website is easy for The Family Works to manage and update themselves. 

The Appt developers then built a CRM system for The Family Works, which allows them to manage their clients. The system was tailored to The Family Works’ specific needs, ensuring efficient internal processes.
