THE SNOWDROP PROJECT CRM SYSTEM

The Client: The Snowdrop Project is a Sheffield based charity, which provides long-term support to empower survivors of human trafficking to move on from their past.

They do this through a variety of services including casework, befriending, counselling, education, employment, community and housing renovations. They also provide tailored anti-trafficking training and consultancy to a variety of other organisations.

Client Website: https://www.snowdropproject.co.uk

The Challenge:

The Snowdrop Project developed a matrix for assessing the level of independence a client has across a variety of key areas including accommodation, addiction, disabilities, finances, language, legal, mental/physical health and relationships.

The assessment allows them to calculate the overall complexity of a case and identify whether a safeguarding referral is necessary.

The matrix however existed on an excel spreadsheet which could only be accessed by the Snowdrop Project. None of their partners had access.

The spreadsheet also had no way of tracking the trends found in the matrix which are invaluable to understand which services need developing at the Snowdrop Project provide.

The Solution:

Appt designed and developed a bespoke CRM system that incorporated the matrix.

The system is innovative and easy for the Snowdrop Project and its partners to use. The system finally allowed the Snowdrop Project to share information about its clients with its partners with ease.

The system increases communication and efficiency within the Snowdrop Project.

The system also provides metrics to the Snowdrop Project. This shows the trends experienced by their clients and provides the Snowdrop project with the tool to develop their services to fit.

The metrics also provide the Snowdrop Project with data to showcase the need for their intervention. As a charitable non profit organisation, statistics are required to show their success in helping their clients. These stats aid the project in receiving donations and continuing their vital work in the community.
